Evton B taking a hiatus from Indubious for health related reasons

Many of you know that I was born with a genetic disorder called Cystic Fibrosis. I have gone through life being incredibly blessed since my health has not been greatly affected by my diagnosis, until recently. In the last few years I have had many episodes of spending weeks in the hospital getting over painful lung infections and then working hard to get my health back to a stable place again. It has now gotten to a point where I can no longer perform with Indubious and I am dedicating 100% of my energy to my recovery.

I have moved back down to the Bay Area where I can be in close proximity to my health care provider and be put on the lung transplant list. This is not an indicator of an inevitable lung transplant, but a possibility if my condition does not improve on its own or continues to worsen.

Indubious will live on in my absence and will be even stronger after my recovery. The band will be performing with a different line up until my return and the show will go on like always! Don't miss me too much! We will need your support more than ever in these crucial times so please come in masses to give us your love.

In the mean time I will be writing a ton of new material, takin' er easy, and rebuilding my health to the highest of heights! I should be back within a year, and no sooner than 6 months.

I am a firm believer in the saying "worrying is praying for what we don't want" so please do not worry about me! Envision me strong and healthy and returning back to handle business as always and this will help me make this my reality.

Also, please do not let my struggle happen in vain. Draw inspiration from my hardships and use it to fuel your own life. As long as there are people in a worse condition then ourselves we should be grateful for every single blessing in our lives. Just the other day I was at the social security office and I learned of a boy who got a heart and liver transplant and has a coloscomy bag and a whole host of other health problems and how he's overcoming them. It makes me feel grateful for all of the incredible blessings I have. So give thanks for your right to breath. Give thanks for your ability to work. Give thanks for every second you can exist in comfort and ease. Perhaps this is the answer to the age old question of why bad things sometimes happen to good people. Maybe I have agreed to this existence on a subconscious level in order to be an inspiration to those that may truly need it. It seems that when we look at it in this light then there is a complete feeling. A feeling as if the final piece to the puzzle has been found. And its my choice which way I decide to look at things so I think I'm going to go with this one. For now..
